Sealcoating is the application of an asphalt product to coat the surface of an existing pavement to bond and support the surface structure while maintaining a barrier to harmful elements.
Sealcoating costs will vary on size, details for edging, cleaning, prep, surface profile and product type.
As a general rule, a sealcoat should start at approximately $0.40 per sq.ft. for large jobs and go up from there.
Roaron Construction has installed sealcoats on the market for residential, commercial and industrial clients since 1989. We have tested most products on the market and have years of monitoring lifespan, wear, and other performance results of sealers.
We know our stuff and how to apply for our climate.
Pavement is a valuable asset and has a large impact on first impressions of a property and possibly the services that property provides. If the pavement is in good condition, protect what is there by a sealcoat application. Need to increase value? A sealcoat may be the best return on investment.
Blacker than new. Increase the visual contrast, hide the blemishes, smooth the surface, make line painting "pop!", add curb appeal, protect the asphalt, limit moss growth, keep the surface cleaner, add value to your property.
For older pavement you will get an immediate instant black surface giving the property at times a better than new look for less than 1/10th the cost of replacement.
We also seal concrete surfaces with gloss, semi gloss or penetrating matte finishes.
