How to order a service from Roaron Construction Ltd.

What you need to do & what we will ask for.

What we need from you

To order a service from Roaron Construction we will need written authorization to proceed. This can include one or more of:

1. A purchase order with the billing company information and contact information for invoicing. If the operating company and managing company is different, please state clearly on the purchase order.

or

2. Written authorization to proceed. For simple transactions, please sign and date the quotation recieved. Indicate contact numbers and billing information and if there are more than one item on the quote, please indicate which items are requested and strike off items not needed.

Scheduling

Your project will need clear communication to us on your expectations. We are often busy and an approximate schedule can be provided ASAP. A tentative schedule is provided closer to the time of work, usually within a week and should be close to the exact date pending changes in work, supplier ability, or weather.

It is important to let us know about scheduled services that may interfere with the work when ordering the work to be done.

Payment

Payment terms are often written directly on the quote presented. We accept many forms of payment including e-transfer, certified cheque, wire transfer, corporate cheque, cash, and credit payment.

We do not accept personal cheques, debit card payment, American Express, or foreign currency.

Payment via Credit Card can be made through Visa or Amex. They do charge us a service fee which we must pass to our customer.

Common Questions

  • In some occasions discounts are offered. Common discounts are for quick payment. Please call and discuss what may be available but generally discounts are limited.

  • Holdbacks are common among jobs of larger value. Holdbacks will follow the Builders Lien Act upon substantial completion of our work.

  • A request for a deposit may be made in rare occasion for certain projects. These projects may require special products or extensive mobilization costs.

  • Warranty terms and conditions will vary depending on site and products used. A request for warranty should be done before project start and/or purchase of service.
