Concrete crack repairs to stop leaks, movement, sealing, or to help visually remove the crack. We do complete crack repairs from injection to stop leaks in foundations, top of concrete slab seals to prevent corrosion, structural injection and repair and visual repairs.

Foundation cracks in below grade (basements) is a common issue with building movement. Unfortunately most of the time these cracks leak water.

Flexible injection grout is a common method we use to stop the leak. The repair can handle building vibration and will last over 30 years as long as there is no significant movement of the structure.
Parkade floors that have no membrane coating are very susceptible to damage cause by water ingress into the cracks and corroding the steel.
A proper repair of routing out the cracks to create a reservoir and fill with a flexible durable sealer is important to stop corrosion of the asset.
Sealing the cracks should be a high priority to avoid much more expensive concrete repairs.
Some cracks are an eye sore or are big enough to be a trip hazard. Driveways and sidewalks can often be problematic to this and repairs using concrete or some caulking just don’t look good or last very long.
