Sealcoating is the application of an asphalt product to coat the surface of an existing pavement to bond and support the surface structure while maintaining a barrier to harmful elements.
Sealcoating costs will vary on size, details for edging, cleaning, prep, surface profile and product type.
As a general rule, a sealcoat should start at approximately $0.45 per sq.ft. for large jobs and go up from there.
